It’s like … got one too many side characters, I guess because the payoff wouldn’t work otherwise but this is a tough, nasty little film where Bronson is determined to protect the small corner of this world he’s worked to own, a surgeon with a shotgun who yearns to work his melon harvest. he’s effortlessly cool, the women are gorgeous, the stuntwork smokes, and if I was a graphic designer I’d be bootlegging a shirt for the melon farm. Fucking loved it.
